Akio Otsuka

Akio Otsuka is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Mausu Promotion. He is the son of fellow voice actor Chikao Otsuka. In February 2005, he married voice actress Yoko Soumi, but later divorced her in 2009.

Alongside acting, Akio Otsuka is also known as a voice actor.

Akio Otsuka's most notable role to date came in Howl's Moving Castle (2004), where he played King of Ingary (voice). He also appeared in One Piece (1999) as Marshall D. Teach/Blackbeard (voice). Most recently appeared in Kiki's Delivery Service (1989) as Captain of the Airship (voice).
