Bernard White (born June 8, 1959) is an American actor, screenwriter and film director.
Alongside acting, Bernard White is also known as a director, writer, screenwriter.
Bernard White's most notable role to date came in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), where he played Councilman Singh. He also appeared in The Matrix Reloaded (2003) as Rama-Kandra. Most recently appeared in The Matrix Revolutions (2003) as Rama-Kandra.
