Bill Thornbury

Bill Thornbury (born May 24, 1952) is an American musician, and actor, best known for his role as Jody Pearson in the Phantasm film series. A lover of music and scenic arts since his childhood, Bill Thornbury graduated from the California State University at Fresno with a teaching degree in music and nowadays teaches in Northern California.

Alongside acting, Bill Thornbury is also known as a musician. His screen credits lean toward Horror and Science Fiction.

Bill Thornbury's most notable role to date came in Phantasm (1979), where he played Jody. He also appeared in Phantasm III: Lord of the Dead (1994) as Jody. Most recently appeared in Phantasm IV: Oblivion (1998) as Jody.
