Cristela Alonzo

Cristela Alonzo is an American stand-up comedian, actress, writer and producer, who created and starred in the ABC sitcom Cristela. She is the first Mexican American woman to create, produce, write, and star in her own US network show.

Alongside acting, Cristela Alonzo is also known as a producer, writer, comedian.

Cristela Alonzo's most notable role to date came in Cars 3 (2017), where she played Cruz Ramirez (voice). She also appeared in The Angry Birds Movie (2016) as Shirley the Old Lady Bird (voice). Most recently appeared in His Dark Materials (2019) as Hester (voice).
