Don DeFore

Donald John "Don" DeFore (August 25, 1913 – December 22, 1993) was an American actor. He is best known for his roles in the sitcom The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet from 1952 to 1957 and the sitcom Hazel from 1961 to 1965, the former which earned him a Primetime Emmy Award nomination.

Don DeFore's screen work to date leans strongly toward Comedy and Romance, a consistent thread across his credits so far.

Don DeFore's most notable role to date came in A Time to Love and a Time to Die (1958), where he played Boettcher. He also appeared in It Happened on Fifth Avenue (1947) as Jim Bullock. Most recently appeared in Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo (1944) as Charles McClure.
