George Furth
George Furth (born George Schweinfurth; December 14, 1932 – August 11, 2008) was an American librettist, playwright, and actor.
Alongside acting, George Furth is also known as a playwright.
George Furth's most notable role to date came in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969), where he played Woodcock. He also appeared in Blazing Saddles (1974) as Van Johnson. Most recently appeared in The Cannonball Run (1981) as A.F. Foyt.
