Ikue Otani is a Japanese voice actress and singer, most famous for providing the voice of Pikachu in Pokémon. She took pregnancy leave from her work from January to May 2006, but her voice credit for Pikachu did not change, as her voice has been recorded many times.

Alongside acting, Ikue Otani is also known as a singer.

Ikue Otani's most notable role to date came in My Neighbor Totoro (1988), where she played Additional Voices (voice). She also appeared in Naruto Shippūden (2007) as Konohamaru Sarutobi (voice). Most recently appeared in Pokémon Detective Pikachu (2019) as Pikachu (voice).
