Julian Alexander Kitchener-Fellowes, Baron Fellowes of West Stafford, DL (born 17 August 1949), known as Julian Fellowes, is an English actor, novelist, film director and screenwriter, as well as a Conservative peer.

Alongside acting, Julian Fellowes is also known as a director, writer, screenwriter.

Julian Fellowes's most notable role to date came in Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), where he played Minister of Defence. He also appeared in Damage (1992) as Donald Lyndsay, MP. Most recently appeared in Shadowlands (1993) as Desmond Arding.
