Makoto Furukawa
Makoto Furukawa (古川 慎, Furukawa Makoto, born September 29, 1989) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) and singer from Kumamoto Prefecture. He is a member of Toys Factory. He graduated from Fukuoka School of Music.
In July 2018, he debuted as a singer under Lantis. On September 1 of the same year, he left Space Craft Entertainment, where he had been affiliated for six years, and joined Toys Factory on December 1 of the same year. In 2020, he won the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 14th Seiyū Awards.
Alongside acting, Makoto Furukawa is also known as a singer, voice actor.
Makoto Furukawa's most notable role to date came in Solo Leveling (2024), where he played Akira Inukai (voice). He also appeared in Haikyu!! (2014) as Yutaro Kindaichi (voice). Most recently appeared in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (2018) as Benimaru (voice).
