Philip Kwok Chui (Chinese: 郭追; also known as Kwok Chun-Fung, or "# 4 Lizard" after one of his famous roles; born 21 October 1951) is a Hong Kong-based actor and stuntman.

Alongside acting, Phillip Kwok Chui is also known as a stuntman.

Phillip Kwok Chui's most notable role to date came in Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), where he played General Chang. He also appeared in Hard Boiled (1992) as Mad Dog. Most recently appeared in Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky (1991) as Ah Guang / Ricky's Mate.
