Roberts Blossom

Roberts Scott Blossom (March 25, 1924 – July 8, 2011) was an American poet and character actor of theatre, film, and television. He was best known for his roles as Old Man Marley in Home Alone (1990)

Alongside acting, Roberts Blossom is also known as a poet.

Roberts Blossom's most notable role to date came in Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977), where he played Farmer. He also appeared in Escape from Alcatraz (1979) as Doc. Most recently appeared in Christine (1983) as George LeBay.
