Youki Kudoh is a Japanese actress and singer. She won the award for best newcomer at the 6th Yokohama Film Festival for The Crazy Family. She also won the award for best actress at the 16th Hochi Film Award for War and Youth.

Alongside acting, Youki Kudoh is also known as a singer.

Youki Kudoh's most notable role to date came in Rush Hour 3 (2007), where she played Dragon Lady. She also appeared in Memoirs of a Geisha (2005) as Pumpkin. Most recently appeared in Mystery Train (1989) as Mitsuko.
