A logger defends his family from a group of dangerous drug runners. Jason Momoa and Stephen Lang lead a cast that never lets the mystery feel thin. Braven came out in 2018. What makes Braven hold up is that the resolution matters less than how the characters get there. It knows exactly what it is, and does not try to be anything else.
