The Bride unwaveringly continues on her roaring rampage of revenge against the band of assassins who had tried to kill her and her unborn child. She visits each of her former associates one-by-one, checking off the victims on her Death List Five until there's nothing left to do … but kill Bill. Uma Thurman and David Carradine lead a cast that gives the tension real weight. Kill Bill: Vol. 2 came out in 2004. What makes Kill Bill: Vol. 2 hold up is that the resolution matters less than how the characters get there. The consistency throughout is what elevates it — not every moment is the best, but none of them are a reason to stop watching.

If you cannot walk away from a good mystery, Kill Bill: Vol. 2 will keep you hooked. If you have run out of similar titles to watch, this is a strong next pick. Best experienced as a single, sustained watch from start to finish. Uma Thurman anchors it, but the writing does the real work.
