With 3 viewer ratings on TMDB, this is not a title flying under the radar. Maroun Chedid brings more to the role than the format usually demands. There is no real reason to keep putting it off.

Fifteen chefs from Saudi Arabia compete in fiery culinary challenges under the supervision of Arab celebrity chefs and international guests. Maroun Chedid and Mona Mosly lead a cast that brings real weight to the material. It was aired in 2022. Top Chef (AR) Season 6 uses the freedom of animation to tell stories live-action could not attempt. This is the rare one where the reputation undersells the reality.
Top Chef (AR) Season 6 belongs on any best-of list regardless of format. It has built its own audience without needing a direct comparison. It is a manageable watch, easy to fit into a single week. Visually distinctive and narratively ambitious in ways that hold up regardless of format. Worth watching in order from the beginning.
